Upload your logo to brand the queuer queue view, kiosk and status screen.

Your store logo shows up wherever a queuer interacts with Flowby:

  • The queuer queue view (top of the screen on their phone)
  • The kiosk (top of the on-tablet sign)
  • The status screen (top corner, alongside queue numbers)

Branding it makes the experience feel like part of your store rather than a generic queueing app.

  1. Open Flowby admin.
  2. Find the Logo section in the store settings.
  3. Upload an image. PNG with transparency is best. JPG works too if you don’t need transparency.
  4. Save.

The new logo is live immediately on all customer-facing surfaces.

  • Aspect ratio: roughly square or slightly wider than tall works best. Very wide horizontal logos stay proportional but render smaller in the available space.
  • Background: transparent (PNG) is ideal. With a solid background colour, the logo will be visible but won’t blend with the page.
  • Resolution: at least 200×200 px. Larger is fine. Flowby resizes for each surface.
