Logo
Upload your logo to brand the queuer queue view, kiosk and status screen.
Your store logo shows up wherever a queuer interacts with Flowby:
- The queuer queue view (top of the screen on their phone)
- The kiosk (top of the on-tablet sign)
- The status screen (top corner, alongside queue numbers)
Branding it makes the experience feel like part of your store rather than a generic queueing app.
Uploading
Section titled “Uploading”- Open Flowby admin.
- Find the Logo section in the store settings.
- Upload an image. PNG with transparency is best. JPG works too if you don’t need transparency.
- Save.
The new logo is live immediately on all customer-facing surfaces.
Sizing & format
Section titled “Sizing & format”- Aspect ratio: roughly square or slightly wider than tall works best. Very wide horizontal logos stay proportional but render smaller in the available space.
- Background: transparent (PNG) is ideal. With a solid background colour, the logo will be visible but won’t blend with the page.
- Resolution: at least 200×200 px. Larger is fine. Flowby resizes for each surface.
