The shortest path from a fresh Flowby account to running your first queue, in three reads.
If you’ve just signed up, work through these three articles in order. Together they cover everything you need to open a working queue today.

Create your first queue: name it, set the call-to-action text, review the settings, then open the queue when you’re ready. Five minutes.

Print your queue sign: the QR code that queuers scan to join. Stick it on the door, by the counter, wherever queuers can see it.

Work the queue: what staff actually click during a shift to call the next person and see who’s waiting.
That’s the minimum. Once you’re comfortable, browse the rest of Setup & store management for things like the status screen and analytics, or Queuer experience to see what queuers do on their phones.
