Parallel queues
Switch between queues in a group with one click.
When a queue is part of a group, the queue view’s Show queues in group panel lists every queue in that group at a glance:
- Count of people waiting in each queue
- How long the front-of-queue queuer has been waiting
- Which queue is currently active in your view (highlighted)
Click any queue name to switch your view to that queue without going back to the home page.
Why this matters
Section titled “Why this matters”If your store has, say, a service desk and a returns desk both staffed by the same person, having them in a single group with quick switching means you can:
- See whether the other desk is piling up while you serve at the current one
- Switch to whichever desk has the longest-waiting queuer
- Avoid keeping multiple browser tabs open
